PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of performing tasks arising from legal provisions, in particular from the Act of 5 June 1998 on Voivodeship Self-Government.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The recipients of your data may be entities authorised to receive the data under legal provisions, and in certain circumstances, entities processing the data on the basis of agreements, provided they offer sufficient guarantees of implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures ensuring compliance with the GDPR and protecting the rights of data subjects.
RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA
Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected, and in accordance with the archiving deadlines specified by the relevant laws, including the Act of 14 June 1960 on the Code of Administrative Procedure, the Act of 14 July 1983 on the National Archival Resource and Archives, and the Regulation of the Prime Minister of 18 January 2011 on the office instruction, uniform substantive lists of files, and instructions on the organisation and scope of activity of company archives.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to request from the data controller:
- access to your personal data,
- rectification of your personal data,
- objection to the processing of your personal data if it is processed in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority,
- restriction or deletion of your personal data in cases specified in articles 17 and 18 of the gdpr,
- if the processing is based on consent, the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
